Purpose-built after extensive consultation with OTR tyre bays, the system provides full Pan, Tilt and Zoom visibility of the wheel assembly from the cab — eliminating the need for a spotter during tyre handler operations and bead breaking.

Full PTZ Control from the Cab
Pan, tilt and zoom with auto focus, plus infrared capability for dark areas. All camera functions controlled by a single joystick. Large screen mounted in the cab for clear visibility.
Magnetic Base for Flexible Positioning
Magnetised base allows quick repositioning to the optimal angle for tyre fitting or bead breaking — no tools required.
Mine Site Ready Construction
Vibration dampening mounts, water and dust proof, rugged powder coated aluminium housing for screen and joystick. Heavy duty braided harness with Deutsch connectors.
Simple Key-On Activation
Wired into the 24V accessories circuit — powers up automatically with the machine key. One button on screen for on/off only. Camera stays live during normal machine operation.
Quick Installation
Terminate the braided harness ends and locate a 24V accessories circuit. Estimated 4–6 hours for 2 tradesmen. Harness runs with OEM hoses over the mast sheeve.
