Customised Hydraulic Hose Burst Sleeving

Each sleeve is custom-crafted and Velcro wrapped to fit each hose seamlessly. Tailored to run the full length of the hose, spanning from flange to flange, this design guarantees that the crimp is enveloped within the protective burst protective casing. This also ensures an easy fitment for maintainers as you do not need to remove the hose to fit the burst sleeve.

To enhance clarity and simplify installation, we imprint the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM's) part number and position number in the parts manual of the hose onto each sleeve. Velcro straps are added for extra security. We offer versatile options, such as a split sleeve for 200mm, facilitating inspections, or an entirely split design to enable hassle-free fitting even with the hose in place.

Our innovative design features a dual-layer structure. The interior layer incorporates burst protection, while the exterior layer is composed of vinyl rip stop material. The wrap is expertly fastened using a combination of Velcro and cam lock buckle straps.

Caterpillar 6040 (Near New)

Near new Caterpillar 6040 Custom Burst Protection Solutions. Kits were made to suit the slew circuit and main pump circuit. Not one hose was removed for the sleeving install, not only did this minimise down time, but also stopped further contamination to the hydraulic system by not removing hoses. Each sleeve is manufactured to suit each individual hose, they are part numbered for the OEM hose and an instructional diagram is provided in the kit to minimise fitment time. All sleeves are held in place by velcro and the straps are stitched in place for extra security during machine operation.
