The DAS is crafted from continuous nylon fiber treated through a unique de-aering process. This process removes air from the textile fibers, causing a controlled 5% shrinkage. This meticulous technique ensures unparalleled compactness and strength, setting the foundation for reliable and robust protection.

With rigorous testing, the DAS has successfully passed the following:

Abrasion Test (ISO 6945), Fire Resistance (USMSHA), Electrical Conductivity (ISO 8031), and

Oil Retention (SAE J 343, 4.4).

ISO 6945 Showed a resistance life of over 50,000 cycles.

SAE J343 Sleeve withstood a pressure of 8 bar (116 psi) for 15 seconds

ISO 8031 Resistance between 3 and 5 x10E6 ohm/metre.

Approved by USMSHA for the use in mines. Approval No. IC-207/01.

Sleeve contained the sharp stream (pre-drilled 0.8mm of hydraulic oil passing through the hole in hose) hole when the pressure was raised to 800 bar (11603 psi), and held for 1 minute.
